We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Barista, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for hotel guests and visitors while preparing quality coffee beverages, serving fresh food items, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, espresso drinks, teas, and other café offerings. * Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service. * Take guest orders and accurately process payments using the POS system. * Prepare and serve breakfast items, pastries, and grab-and-go selections. * Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café. * Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. * Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management. * Assist with opening and closing procedures. * Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations. * Address guest questions and concerns professionally and promptly. Qualifications * Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods. * Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions. * Willingness to learn beverage recipes and preparation standards. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform typical café duties. * Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
