About the Role

We're looking for a Global Marketing Manager to join our high-energy, entrepreneurial team at a pivotal moment of growth. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional to own the development and execution of global marketing strategy across an expanding product portfolio — spanning North American retail and international distribution.

You'll work at the intersection of brand strategy, retail execution, and cross-functional collaboration, playing a critical role in shaping how our brand shows up in the market — from concept to shelf. What You'll Do

You'll be the driving force behind our brand and product marketing efforts — building strategic plans and then rolling up your sleeves to execute them. You'll partner closely with Product Development, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Education as well as external retailers, distributors, and agencies, to bring campaigns to life and ensure our brand wins at retail, both in North America and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Planning

• Develop brand strategy including target demographics, channel strategy, price positioning, and competitive analysis
• Build comprehensive marketing plans and lead promotional ideation, planning, and execution

Product Launch & Program Management

• Manage timelines and deliverables for new product launches and promotional programs from inception through supply chain execution to on-shelf placement
• Develop key retailer and marketing presentations in partnership with the internal sales team

Campaign Development & Execution

• Design and execute marketing and communication campaigns that ensure effective retail execution, including promotional programming, PR integration and social/digital media activation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop sampling programs, mailers, event promotions, giveaways, and visual POS materials aligned with the marketing plan

Analysis, Optimization & Financial Management

• Analyze sales results and customer feedback to evaluate marketing plan effectiveness and inform future strategy
• Develop and manage annual brand budgets and P&L

What You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications

• College degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of brand management/marketing experience in Cosmetics, Fragrance, Personal Care, or Beauty Care
• Fragrance experience preferred, though not required
• Experience marketing and/or selling products through North American Chain Stores (Department Stores and/or Mass Market Retailers) and to international distributors, ideally
• Strong ability to engage external stakeholders — retailers, distributors, suppliers, vendors, and agencies
• Comfort collaborating across all levels of the organization, including Sales, Finance, and Operations
• Excellent interpersonal, business writing, and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AI platforms (ie: Canva)
• Superior analytical capabilities paired with creative problem-solving
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic and integrity
• Willingness to travel

Success Metrics (First 12 Months)

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Marketing plan execution: On-time delivery of campaigns, product launches, and promotional programs from concept to shelf
• Sales impact: Measurable contribution to sales growth and market share gains across North American retail and international distribution channels
• Budget management: Accurate, disciplined management of annual brand budgets and P&L performance against targets
• Retail execution quality: Effective, on-brand execution of POS, sampling, and promotional materials at retail
• Cross-functional collaboration: Strong, productive partnerships with Product Development, Sales, Finance, Operations, Education and external agency/retailer relationships
• Data-driven iteration: Ability to translate sales results and customer feedback into improved marketing strategies over time
